    Our business model is simple. We provide you with engineers and you pay us their salary plus a fixed margin that allows us to provide you added value and maintain our service.

  • No minimum team size

    No team is too small for us. Start with as little as one engineer and expand as you grow.

  • On-demand scaling

    There is no minimum hiring period. We prefer long-term relationships, but you have an option to scale your team without risk easily. Each engineer we provide has a one month notice period.

  • Currency shield

    Our rates include local currency fluctuation risks so that your annual cost remains stable.
