We are pleased to share that we’ve joined Briza as their engineering partner this month (March 2021). This announcement is particularly exciting to us because it is our second major partnership.
Briza is a Series A startup from Canada with about 25 people on board, has recently closed a $8M in founding, and is eager to stir the insurtech market.
Their product helps small business owners get the right insurance faster by integrating multiple carriers into one, slick product and a developer API.
Even though their headquarter is in Toronto, they are a remote-friendly company, and many of their team members are distributed worldwide. We believe that as a 100% distributed, remote-first crew from central Europe, we’ll add even more variety to their already diverse team.
What we bring to the table is our experience with fast-growing startups, and technical proficiency in TypeScript, Nodejs, and APIs.
While our CTO (Karol Maciaszek) is kicking off the partnership with hands-on engineering involvement and onboarding to Briza’s systems, our CEO (Chris Miaskowski) is working on a dedicated 11Sigma@Briza hiring process to get the best engineers on board soon!
